Senior Project Manager - Lead ERP and change projects to success

As Senior Project Manager, you play a crucial role in realizing successful ERP implementations and other complex IT Projects at our clients. You ensure that complex IT processes run smoothly, project teams function optimally and objectives are achieved.
What will you do as Senior Project Manager?
As an experienced Project Manager, you will guide clients and project teams through challenging ERP implementations, among other things. You have oversight of all aspects of the project and know how to bring stakeholders together effectively. Your responsibilities include:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the project team and monitoring deliverables.
Prepare and manage project documentation, tools and plans.
Preparing and managing complete project planning and coordination.
Monitor and report progress and budgets, including variances.
Coordinate tasks, availability and priorities of project team members.
Communication and coordination between internal and external parties.
Proactively manage project risks, issues and change requests.
Oversee compliance with project management processes and escalate critical issues in a timely manner.
What do you bring?
We are looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record in ERP implementations and a strong understanding of complex IT processes. You are a leader with:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect various stakeholders.
Strong organizational acumen and ability to maintain overview in complex situations.
A results-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
